“More of a 'rec' for the entire album, voodoo economic's second release is refreshing. Requiring multiple listens to appreciate, the layers of 'if : then :: iminami' continue to unfold and seem to propagate. I am not sure I am bold enough to compare them to Radiohead but....”

“While the entire album is solid, "What if those heavy things cracked their little brittle bones to the marrow?" sets its claws into you and won't let go. Destructive and bluesy, the arrangement seems to respond to the masterful lyrics by Alison Conard and pushes them right to the edge. ”

“Solid electronica here with song to song variation. As such, quality fluctuates. 'Spose Do' jumps out as a solid, acid-jazz infused track while the trance-like 'What Nice Guy_' keeps one moving. In contrast, the lifeless 'Timeless' wallows in its own sappiness and fails to inspire. Overall, worthy of a download.”

“Backed by distorted synths and a ripping guitar riff, the song pushes through overindulgence with adoring abandonment. Catchy, witty, superb.”

“Simple and effective with a nod to Trent Reznor of NIN. I enjoy the down-tempo, gritty sound. Looking forward to hearing more from this artist.”
