“Matilda Thompson has a certain magic to her - the kind that breaks your heart when she sings of a bad experience she had, or the kind that makes you smile when she sings about a good day. Particularly in "Can't Say," she has a wonderful way of putting her soul in her singing, and paired with the wonderful melodies, the simple choice of instruments, and the straightforward lyrics that flow like a stream of thought, Matilda makes magic. It sounds like something I'd hear on the radio and instantly love.
I wish Matilda the best. The world needs more people like her.”

“Kady has a wonderful voice for ballads. This one is a beautiful, unique twist on common, traditional pop ballads: Kady borrows the catchy melodies, and drum box - electro synth instrumentation of the '80s and for the duration of this song, you'd be convinced you went back in time to that decade (when pop music was at its best!). Minor fib, but I hope Kady gets her production tightened up in the future.
Anyway, I feel that what Amy Winehouse is to '60s R&B could be what Kady is to '80s pop. This girl can bring back the decade, while others have failed. I would advice her to try and work with either former NSyncer JC Chasez or Idol's very own Blake Lewis, both of whom have done excellent work in recreating '80s pop sounds.”
