Jennifer Hruska is a talented songwriter, sound engineer and electronic instrument designer based in Somerville, MA. A deep blend of alternative rock, edgy acoustic folk and ethnic electronica, “The Underground Forest" is a stunning debut album that reflects her mastery of composition and places her at the cutting edge of modern electro-acoustic fusion. All works are written, recorded and produced exclusively by Jennifer. Hruska is the founder/president of Firefly Recording Studios (www.fireflyrecording.com) and SONiVOX (www.sonivoxmi.com), a music technology company that produces and sells music software for musicians and composers. SONiVOX sound libraries can be heard throughout the industry in major motion pictures, TV shows, commercials, artist CDs and high-end music software products such as Ableton Live, Native Instruments KORE, Sibelius and many others. Now she has stepped out from behind the scenes and emerged as the front-woman of her own electro-acoustic music project.
