“Bob Dylan songs are covered so often, but rare it is that a cover is as heartfelt and full of longing as the original. This is. Very much so.”

“I've been a fan of Ms Abbott for years now, ever since first hearing her in an open-mic shoot-out at Eddie's Attic in Decatur, Georgia. "Driving Blind" represents everything good that her music has to offer. ”

“Another of those great JoCo songs that is just as funny as it is heartbreaking. Ostensibly, this is a song about some arch-villain in his lair, but it could just as easily describe the social frustrations of teenage geeks anywhere. "If you could find a way to be a little bit less afraid of me." Amen to that. If only I could package up this song and send it to myself 20 years ago.”

“Far too often, Coulton gets slotted into the "Parody" category, the territory established by the likes of Weird Al. Me, I'd say he's closer to Stephen Lynch in style and talent. But even this is unfair. Coulton has a pop sensibility that is lost on straight up comedic musicians. If a song comes to his head that is just good, just honest and maybe even sincere (like this one), he's not afraid to let it develop. "Drinking With You" isn't a knee-slapper. It's just a contemplation on those kinetic relationships that (almost) happen every single day, in every office around the world. ”
