“Great driving music. Some retro keyboard licks complement this simple pop-tinged melody. Rather Matthew Sweet-esque. Maybe with a hint of Jimmy Eat World, but not really.”

“Okay, a quick lesson on Sigur Ros...They are Icelandic. They sing in a made-up language they call Hopelandic. The lead singer is blind in one eye. They are in their early 30s, but have been putting out their anthemic music since their mid-teens. They completely kick ass and build the most beautiful soundscapes in the genre...Mogwai, Explosions and others stand in awe.”

“Another one of those rare "radio-friendly" Pavement tunes from the mind of Stephen Malkmus. While some of their stuff was WAY out there, this is NOT one of them. Good Saturday morning music. A simple melody, fun lyrics...what's not to like? Hot damn, I love this band!”

“One of the more straight-ahead songs that Stephen Malkmus ever wrote, the lyrics are undeniably Pavement-esque. A great way to ease yourself into the band's music if you're new to them. Trust me, it gets weirder from here on out.”
