About Me

Currently managing MASTER McCARTHY and KELLY MCGRATH, Dan Nash is an artist manager, producer, designer and business developer who works with successful professionals in the entertainment business developing original visions into lucrative ventures. His training for this began by developing visions of his own: In 1973, at the age of 19, Dan conceived, designed, constructed, and patented the Undertoe System, a device that enabled a dancer’s movements to act as triggers for electronic musical instruments and lighting, formed a company around the device and, following a whirlwind tour of Ivy League institutions sold the company’s assets to Yale University and moved on. From 1978 to 1990, Dan became an award-winning Audio Engineer/Producer at Atlantic Records in New York and A&M Records in Hollywood working on scores of major label recordings, live events, music videos, films, and TV. He founded Panolog Software in 1990 to develop mission-critical database systems for prestigious companies such as AMGEN, Paramount, Warner Bros., Sony, Mattel, and MTV. During Panolog’s five year run, Dan negotiated and sustained effective strategic relationships with prominent technology companies resulting in millions of dollars in sales. Panolog also helped launch the careers of two dozen of the finest custom software developers in SoCal. From 1996 to present, Dan has consistently worked with innovative content and/or technology-based entertainment companies ensconced in for-profit ventures. From serving as the head of the creative department at the world’s first well-funded content development studio to overseeing the production of smart toys to developing convergent content for television and the Web, Dan consistently finds a way to work on new and challenging projects that call for broad creative business visions. Dan attended the School of Visual Arts and the New School for Social Research, both in New York City.

Sweet 50's style tune that floats along on Josh's great voice and some tight instrumentals.
