“The songs flow into each other nicely on the whole album. The instrumentals are great, keeping in line with pop-melodies layered with a darker twist, full of minor chords, etc. The vocals were a bit of a disappointment and are reminiscent of 80's pop bands mixed with AFI's style, minus the screaming. If I had to choose, the vocals sound exactly like that of 80's band, Simple Minds, famous for their song "Don't You (Forget about Me)." I would still get the album for the music.”
