“This track, the whole album is amazing. I heard this first on the Hype Machine under "Glow-fi" and i think that expresses it perfectly”

“Dragonette is incredible. Fun music with lyrics that don't quite fit a pop sound. Can't wait until more of their music shows up on Amie Street”

“This song has lyrics rich with layered meaning and uses a fascinating combination of instruments (organ, guitar, even a harmonica!).”

“Another song by the TB that should be a hit, at least on Amie St. How come people here don't seem to realize they're one of the rock bands here who deserve most attention... It's beyond me.
Take a listen, you'll like it !”

“This one is very reminiscent of the best Led Zeppelin but the whole album is excellent. All their stuff deserve a careful listen : they're one of the best rock bands on Amie Street. If you like good guitars, efficient rock hooks, sophisticated vocal arrangements, take a listen and purchase their stuff while it's cheap.”

“I can't get it... A few months ago I purchased their remarkable single "Mayday". Great rock song. Nobody knows. Now I see they've recorded a couple of albums. I listen to "It came from..." : it's excellent ! I mean, ALL THE SONGS ! But it seems nobody knows but me... Kind of a buried treasure waiting for people to discover it... Great sense of rock hooks, of vocal arrangements, a good share of sophistication ( but not too much ), I could go on and on. You're a rock fan, this album is for you. Purchase it and you'll thank me later...”

“One of the best rock songs you will ever find on Amie St. I've been listening to it for months and just can't get enough. Should be a top 10 hit in sales lists. You can get it for almost nothing though, so don't waste more time and just purchase it cause it deserves so much more than being ignored... If you do so, well, you're in for a treat ! Believe me !”

“THIS IS ( OR SHOULD BE ) A HIT ! LOVED IT THE VERY FIRST TIME I HEARD IT.
The guy who says it has a Fleet Foxes taste is absolutely right.”

“I can't help but love Camera Obscura - just like anybody who can hear can't help but enjoy Motown. These songs are flawlessly done. French Navy is my favorite song on this album, but all of them are fantastic. I love the call and response structure and the gorgeous vocals. The lyrics are often sad, but the delivery is upbeat - which somehow makes them more poignant.”

“Like a good classical piece, Teal Trim takes a theme and plays with it, taking us in many directions through incredible permutations of sound without ever sacrificing coherency.”

“I haven't listened to Tricky in years, but these few songs remind me how awesome his music is. He's been so influential that his music always reminds me of a million other things I've heard, yet his songs remain interesting.”

“Metric's music is good and catchy, but their lyrics seal the deal. I love how they explore the relationship between politics and gender.”

“Like most of the music on this album, Interlude is introspective, almost pensive. The mood of this song is sometimes a bit anxious, a bit frustrated. I'd subtitle this "the soundtrack to problem solving."”

“Dark. Music isn't very original, but the way he uses it with the lyrics is.”
