“While the lyrics and vocals tend to want quite a bit in terms of quality, it is most interesting to hear the movement of the chords. The song structure, particularly for "Catastrophe," is unique and simple, but most of all intriguing. The vocal melody is equally interesting, perhaps simply because the notes are hard to distinguish. The whole thing comes off like a conventional sort of folk song but pensive and brooding.”
