Jetty Rae weaves soul, folk, and a little bit of Jetty into a beautiful tapestry of notes. Her sound could be compared to many female artists such as Norah Jones, Adele, and Fiona Apple, but it is her instrument of song that sets her apart. Her voice is her first instrument, accompanied by her guitar. She draws you in almost instantly in a very intimate, human way--with lyrics that are definitely written by an "Old Soul." Jetty currently resides in Ann Arbor and is in the works for her next album "Nobody." Look for Jetty gigs in Michigan, and the midwest...you won't be disappointed, and you most certainly will never be the same.
