“From the awesome debut EP of the same title, by one of the best nu-gaze bands around. Currently free, probably because it's miscategorized as "Other" - but a bargain at any price, really.”

“I downloaded this just to see if they played the exact same noise-burst that you hear in the 30-second extract for the entire 15 minutes. They don't, but that's not to say there's anything like a traditional song structure here or anything. If you like Blurt or the Contortions, you might find this fun to have sex to, though you should first check to make sure your partner doesn't mind.”

“For some reason, someone in this band or someone at their label decided to categorize Death by Kite as "Rock/Progressive" instead of "Alternative." Whoever did that should be FIRED! Other than the fact that they're from Denmark, it's the only possible reason why a record this good should get so little attention. I downloaded this whole album for free, and I couldn't believe how good it was. If you like bands like Ash, Swervedriver, Kitchens of Distinction, and maybe Editors, you'll probably like this too, at least enough to get it while it's still cheap.”

“A very nice little XTC pastiche from someone you've probably never heard of and probably wouldn't expect to have written one. The lyrics are basically a plea for another album ("10,000 fans' umbrellas will capture the rain") and there's a middle bit starting at around 1:25 that's especially XTC-ish, which unfortunately you can't hear in the 30-second preview.”
