“To work, tribal house has to multiply its steady regulated drum pulse to various heights, not just the too common synthetic drums and one measly synthesizer beeping out two notes. This cut lathers on two or three levels of drums, synthesizers, and sound effects and makes it all swing as one. Nice work! ”

“Typical charmed Gus Gus: their songs move from techno to house to deep house to distant vocals ... and sometimes within the inner space of one song. They also provide refreshments to the headphones, as well as the dance floor. ”
