"Goodby Mr Andersen" caught me off guard when the track began with a Jimi Hendrix like lilt wah guitar intro. I thought "where is this going"? Never got out of "wah"-land so I had to purchase it on a certain REC and indeed we do have a groove here! Opening with the Hendrix-like wah guitar, which runs a line throughout the piece it "Mr Andersen" just picks up a groove and voila'...a great listen to meditate, tumble with or dance to develops. Not overblown, the less is more thing worked here...like a charm! A side note to Robert Waddington is I dig his titles. "goodby Mr Andersen"? Is it Goodbye Mr Andersen or "Good" by Mr Andersen? Cool huh? A lead guitar is primary as it picks up from the downbeat and it reminded me of Marc Antoine. Only a little edgier (no pads) than Mr Antoine's music and I really recommend you add this to your library.

Robert has his unmistakable style, combined with a lot more layers than his usual and a funky groove that'll turn you into a human bobblehead! Very interesting song. If you've never gotten into R Waddington before, here's your chance..rec'd
