“Old Timey Dance Party (Shanghai Restoration Project Remix)”

“This is a far cry from the old timey music We're used to, but still pushes the fusion of East and West. I can't wait 'till Afterquake comes out and hope you'll remember your Amiestreet fans too. :)”
“This didn't grab me quite as much as some of Washburn's folk/bluegrass music, but it's still an interesting and enjoyable track that I'm glad to have in my library. If you like either folk or electronica, this will be a bit of a departure, but it's a surprisingly listenable one.”
“What an unusual marriage of East and West in this piece. The chime-y Chinese melody followed western synth and a dancy-y backbeat, with a banjo that sounds like a Chinese pipa and vocals in Mandarin makes for an interesting listen. Very different from Abigail Washburn's usual folk bent, but again, it's a refreshing way to widen her audience. ”
