“I kid you not, someone I know who teaches music at a Catholic middle school taught this one to his whole class, and I've got to imagine, if there's a way to get a rep at a nice respectable Catholic school, there might be few ways quicker than to be responsible for a whole busload of the little darlings to be harmonizing to "Where did all the daydreams go / I only know that they're gone / It's just another of the things I've lost / And now I mind my manners when I'm talkin to the boss / because I always thought that I would be somebody / And I never thought it would come to this / Now I'm just another working stiff". There are few better lessons to be teaching 'em. And few better songs. This one is a keeper.”
