“September Loves You ”

“This is my favourite song on what is, I have to say, a stunner of an album. I downloaded it from the preview as it sounded Coldplay-like (circa their new album) with a lovely piano hook, but the song turns out to be a lush, dreamy seductive ballad that's weirdly sexy with Floydian harmonies and a vaguely Byronic lyric. What a great singer this guy is turning into.... one of the major strengths of this brilliant set. Give this guy a listen... a cllection that is a giant leap forwards in terms of songs.”
