“Wow this song is just painfully heart wrenching and very beautiful. My interpretation of this song is that it's about a woman who cares about someone, but isn't sure if that person cares the same way about her. However it's clear she hasn't given up hope that this person would share the same feelings as her. It would be easy to think that she may be singing about someone she's pining for, but in my minds eye I think she may actually singing about a family member like a parent that become distant from her. Well no matter the interpretation, I highly recommend this beautiful song.”
