What is a Rec?

Street Cred

Street Cred is the amount of credit a member has earned from his or her RECs. If you REC a song when it is free, and it goes up to 98 cents, you get 98 cents of credit for that REC!

Very Dancy, original vocals. It's odd and quirky, I like it.

Play My Drum
I love the music in this song. It makes me wonder about the inspiration behind the lyrics. Very nice, and definitely a good listen.

where does this evil come from, when it comes?
I think of this song as the reason for anyone to seek out new music - it's refreshing with lyrics that aren't predictable. All around a good listen.

these remind me of stuff that I can't place. maybe a bit of Jonathan Richman, Beat Happening...

I love the lyrics to this song, very unconventional, and they blend nicely with the music. Good stuff.

This is a great batch of tunes from the prolific Senor Sadock. The "Sir Duke" quotes in this song are very fitting as the entire album has a nostalgic link to late 60s/early 70s pop. I hear Steely Dan. I hear early solo McCartney (I mean the good stuff: Ram, Wild Life, McCartney, Red Rose Speedway).

You Are The Beneficiary Of Us
Fun power pop. Good jangly guitar. I could hear this coming out of an AM radio back in the 70's.
