What is a Rec?

Writing a RECommendation is your way of sharing a song you really believe in with the whole community. You get RECs each time you purchase credit on Amie Street and you can use them to earn free credit. Whenever a song you have RECd goes up in price, you earn free credit.

Street Cred

Street Cred is the amount of credit a member has earned from his or her RECs. If you REC a song when it is free, and it goes up to 98 cents, you get 98 cents of credit for that REC!

Really nice acoustic folk rock. Plus I agree with everything on drb's rec for this album.

Great foot tapping number that has a real cheery feel good factor to it. An artist of great potential and well worth capturing the CD at its current bargain price

Various Songs
I mostly like to see the albums I REC in the buzzing section, and this song is worth it. I hope more people find it. This song has brought me a lot of hope.

Can't have a song on the album without a REC.

I agree with ChristaR. This could be my favorite song on the album, but it's a toss up against Always Entertaining - that's just catchy. This one sounds like a 12-step prayer and that's refreshing to be openly broken before god in a world of hypocrites.

With vocals lines resembling rolling fields, Matt delivers a genuine and romantic ballad with lyrics reminiscent of Carole King's "You've Got a Friend." This should be a new classic.
