This is the most beautiful ethereal song by Explosions in the Sky. EitS is the most sensitive, gentle post-rock band in my extensive collection. Although many other songs are sweeter and smoother, this song is just as pure. It is the antithesis and necessary counterpart to those sweeter and smoother songs. It sounds like small hammerstrokes of rain and silver, and I smell wet grass when I listen to it!!
