“You just wait. You just wait for that bass to kick in. You thought it was going good, with the piano, and all. A beautiful rendition of a previously "kinda harsh" debut. But after the rock of the bass line sets in, about halfway through, you get strings. Not only do we have violins, but we have cellos. And vibrato. And REALLY making these instruments sing. All along, accompanied by bittersweet soulful lyrics, with confidence bursting from behind his teeth.

“I was absolutely blown away by this track. I enjoy a little Gnarls Barkley every now and then but this spin on the song really takes it in an interesting direction.
My favorite part is the slowed down tempo and the clarity of voice. Unlike Barkley's version I can hear each word enunciated wonderfully. The harmony with the young woman is absolutely off the charts.
This song is just grand and it will be listened to by me countless more times.”
