Tunefunk

Tunefunk is a one-man band. Instrumental electronica, deep house, down-tempo. I've ben a jazzmusician for a while and I have also played in a couple of pop/rock and soul/funk -bands. My music is influenced by a lot of genres and i like to keep it that way. I listen to, and perhaps in a way influenced by; Jazzanova, Fat Freddy's Drop, Junior Boys, Chromeo, Christian Falk, Air, Zero 7, Jamiroquai, Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, Miles Davis, Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Beach Boys... and the list goes on.
I started out as a bassplayer when I was ten years old. Studied music in high shool and college and got a music teacher degree from there. From early on I also learned how to play the piano and guitar. Composing have been a part of my musicianship from early on in several bands, but it was when I got a computer and software that I started to record it. This is my solo project which is a little bit off from what I'm used to play but I really enjoy it and it's great fun! My first album called "Volume 1" was relesed on cdbaby.com in August 2006 and "Vibe EP" was released July 2008 also on cdbaby.com. Both are also vailable as mp3 download on iTunes and other mp3-sites.
