“This is one of my favorite Hold Steady songs. Yes, it's got a simple, choppy riff to it, but simple classic rock-esque riffs is part of the Hold Steady's charm. This song has always stood out for me because Craig Finn's lyrics always make me stop what I'm doing. "Silly rabbit, tripping is for teenagers...and hard drugs are for bartenders." Awesomely true. The lines about Original Sin are even better.”

“nice song on its own, but best when listened to as a prelude to "how a resurrection really feels" to set up the character's emotion. ”

“love this song, laced with wonderfully dingy characters and a salty take on redemption that is equal parts engaging, smirk-inducing and insightful.”

“This reminds me of the streets of Chicago. Wicker Park and the artworld that surrounds it. Seems to have snippets of Americana male singers of the 90's with punk rock undertones. I'm into it. ”
