“Somehwat hard-to-come-by FULL US VERSION (the 'best of' collection still has an edit of this version), which is one of the band's best-loved (and best) songs.”

“'Thank You' is a perfect album closer. It seems completely honest, as if the band were truly thanking their fans for indulging them in taking a bit of a left-turn with this album. It's also one of the most psychedelic things they've ever recorded--definitely one for the headphones, and the bass line IS 'Block Rockin' Beats' by Chemical Brothers, which was still 2 years away....”

“Not a song often mentioned when discussing The Charlatans, though I don't know why. This is another one that could be a lynchpin to answering the question 'How did Oasis manage to grab their 15 minutes of fame?'--by listening to gobs and gobs of Charlatans records but only referencing The Beatles in the press.”
