“If you like pirates and strong-willed women, you should enjoy this reimagining of J.M. Barrie's story. Much of S.J. Tucker's work showcases her talent for storytelling and her playful sense of humor.”

“This song brought a whole new appeal to Peter Pan to me. Wendy is now a girl I can identify with and a good heroine for my future daughters!”

“These songs should be made into a book or movie, the story is so captivating! Heard her do it live around a campfire once and I was "Hooked".”

“This is a new favorite of mine from S.J. It is a wonderful take on "Wendy" from Peter Pan, turning a pasteboard cutout of a way too goodie-goodie character and giving her breadth, humor and a decided will. If you have not heard all three, you should. The full story unfolds in three songs and it is sure to keep you amused with S.J.'s lyric insite.”

“A 'what if' take on the Peter Pan stories, in which Wendy becomes a pirate. Part one is merely the setup, but it's a very deftly-written setup, and all three songs should be listened to for proper enjoyment levels.”

“This is a tale, long in need of being told, of exactly what happened when Wendy took up piracy.
First in the series of The Lost Girls Pirate Academy!”

“Have you ever wished the Peter Pan story never ended? SJ Tucker grants that wish with a new chapter with the Wendy Trilogy. Wendy drops her mama persona and becomes a member of Captain Hook's crew. Argh!!!”

“When I finally got around to reading J. M. Barrie's novel "Peter Pan," the first thing that struck me was... Wendy was kind of a putz. I mean, she was barely even a CHARACTER. She was more a set piece for Peter's adventures.
This? This is a COMPLETELY different Wendy. This is a Wendy with backbone, a Wendy who doesn't NEED rescuing. A Wendy, in short, who deserves a story of her own.
And S.J. Tucker GIVES her that story. Boy does she ever...”

“The Wendy Trilogy tells a slightly different version of what happened to Wendy when Hook asked her to become a pirate....and this is the beginning of the saga! I absolutely love the Trilogy, have heard it in concert more times than I can count, and this song is win. Win, I tell you!”

“Simply, WOW! Imagine Wendy of Peter Pan becoming a pirate, taking Captain Hook's ship away from him, and starting a pirate school for lost girls. That's what happens in this trilogy. The first song covers how the story starts, and ends on a cliff-hanger.”

“One of my favorite songs (along with parts II and III). Sing along once you know the words, beautiful.”
