“There is a lot of Dave Mathews influence in this song--with a dash of Rob's individual style thrown in. Excellent blend of great lyrics, vocals and complex instrumentals. This one could set your heart free..”

“Take away the voice (which can't compare to Dave) and lyrics, and you've got a nice little DMB song vibe going on here.”

“When you hear this you will know... here is a star on the rise.. the vocals and guitar blend to form a new musical instrument all his own.”

“A voice, a guitar, and some strings that do some awesome things together. The vocals immediately made me think of Dave Matthews. The violin makes this really stand out.”

“sax, guitar, violin....all mix together to widen the appeal of this throaty, passionate singer.”

“Good guitar-play, good voice. (I got more money so I can keep on spending on great stuff like this) :-)”

“the sax on this track is very tasteful...sparse sound yet still very lively with nice guitar playing”

“Holy Mother of God, why didn't I listen to this music sooner??!!”

“I'm a sucker for minimalist, percussive acoustic guitarists/singer/songwriters, where the focus is not so much on the playing, but on the harmony of guitar and voice. The added strings are a nice touch, too. Good stuff. Yeah, he sounds like Dave Matthews, but there is a distinction in the vocals that, at times at least, puts him above Dave in talent arena. ”
alpower Rec'd this on Mar 9, 2008:
Street Cred: 468 Rec's: 36
“Beautiful orchestration, virtuoso guitar, and soulful singing. The best bits of Dave Matthews voice combined with awesome guitar playing.”
