“I'm in a very rural part of the Dominican Republic in the back seat of this jeep going too fast. Cows and goats. An occasional village where everybody is standing around just trying to stay out of the sun, and they watch you pass by. I don't know where the hell I am. Then it hits me: that combination feeling that I can't fake but crave: a mix of anxiety and exhiliration. It's like a high, I'm loving it. This song is the soundtrack.”
