“The first song I heard from Psapp was "Tricycle" and it was such a delicate yet complex song. "Monster Song" delivers yet again with the loud complexities of simple sounds coming together into a happy-go-lucky song. Listen to this song in a bustling area and the rhythm of everybody's walk will fit right into the song. Who says life can't be a musical.”

“Great beat. I'm a fan of the strings and, well, the combination of all the instruments and sounds that Psapp is just so good at.”

“This song is a ton of fun--a great way to start off the album. It makes me want to get up and dance Charlie Brown-style. As always, the instruments are used originally and creatively, and the vocals have that husky-smooth quality that is a trademark of Psapp.”

“This song makes me feel like it's summer and I'm a little kid again. The instrumentation is just so joyous and the song feels so easygoing.”

“This is one of their more epic musical pieces. An instrumental soundtrack to a magical playpen of the mind. ”
