“The addition of the banjo makes for some wonderful stuff, their tongue in cheek plays off of artist names and classic jazz pieces only lend credibility to these guys..some great music!”

“Another great jazz find..and then out comes the banjo...jazz with a bit of a bluegrass twist and it only gets better the more you listen...an intriguing blend of styles can only create one great piece of music...and album!”

“wow. just...wow. I didn't know you could get something this great out of a banjo, bass, and sax. You're right Dwizzle, there's nothing common about it.”

“beautiful acoustic jazz track... am I crazy for hearing some "Six Pence None The Richer" in there? Leigh Nash, is that you with the banjo??”

“The combination of sax, bass and banjo is magical. Add a little slide guitar and you have a hopping good time. All the songs on this album are clever and entirely original....a breath of fresh air.”

“Awesome groove! Not just the title reminds me of Herbie Hancock, my favorite jazz guy ever! I play stand-up and HAVE TO learn to play this bass line! Highly recommended!”
The Lawn Boys Rec'd this on Nov 26, 2007:

“Very cool tune. The banjo gives it that awesome little quirky feel. I like the way these guys record. Its like you're in the room with them. I'm being a little geekish here but their style reminds me of a soundtrack to a video game called the Neverhood from the mid 90's. ”

“Have I said how absolutely stupendous this group is? Each instrument is played with excellence and they don't miss. And that sax.............”
