“When I saw "Jazz" as a tag for this song, I got a little nervous... But you don't have to worry, it sounds like a mix between XTC ( the bits with only voice and piano just after the breaks )and a young and very energetic Steely Dan. As a whole : this one is very good.
Sounds Like: a mix of XTC and an energetic 70's Steely Dan

“The rythm to this is the one of a waltz. The singer is very good and he sings like a crooner but with enough pop sensibility to make it worth listening to.”

“Very good piano playing by Paddy Milner in this song. Not only is the choice of song exceedingly good (a Dave Brubeck classic), but the arrangement is highly accomplished as well. The 5/4 time gives a very good beat, enforced very cleverly by hand claps rather than the standard drum kit. Overall, a very good song!”
