About Stereoscope
After having worked successfully on the "Brussels-2000, European Cultural City" project, Neven was asked again by the city of Brussels to provide music for a new big project at the end of 2001. Due to the fact that trains weren't used much anymore for transportation, a huge building 'Tour et Taxis' was empty, unused and in bad shape. As it often happens, it takes a lot of paperwork and time to start renovations.So, while the building was empty, a very large and innovative modern art exposition was held. Together with German artist Annick Nölle, Neven worked on several projects within that exhibition. On the 'Stereoscope' enhanced-CD you will not only find the music for several videoinstallations, but also a video.
