“if you buy any album today, buy this one. It will touch your soul. And it will truly help the children. Tell all of your friend to buy this song, and all of the album, what is 98 cents, and the songs are worth much more than that. Your support can give these children so much, and if you let the songs in, they will give you everything back and much more.”

“Tatenda Amiestreet (Thankyou Amiestreet in Zimbabwe's Shona language). There are so many Zimbabweans spread thin away from their homes, not seeing their family or friends, constantly worrying about them, but we are the lucky ones. So many people cannot leave and live in extreme poverty with a life expectancy of as low as 34. To see the Mutubambile Orphan Choir here is incredible. Please support these children Amiestreet users, if anyone needs our help it is the children of Zimbabwe.”

“So many artists write about bullshit that we all take for granted. To hear an orphan sing a song entitled "When My Mother Passed Away" is gut wrenching. I am 27 and could not imagine not knowing my mother whenn I was growing up. We can give these children a little bit of our love and support by listening to and buying their beautiful songs. Tell the world about the plight of these children, and all the children in Zimbabwe that have no food, or shelter, or love, or hope. We have the power to give it back with a single click!”

“Hard to imagine writing a song like this at such a young age. Beautifully done. Support these kids and download all the Zim Kids music. Based in France, Soko Records has embarked on a project in collaboration with UNICEF to promote the music of Zimbabwe and benefit its artists: the Zim Kids series spans a range of African genres, traditional and contemporary, but is unified by the young age and social hardships of the musicians.”

“Zimbabwe is a country facing extremely difficult circumstances; yet out of the ruins, the hopeful voices of children rise. If this song doesn't make you want to dance, then you better check yourself for a pulse! Thank you to these wonderful children for infusing me with such joy and hope for a better world. ~E”

“The most refined sounds of these "Zim Kids" offerings as well as the most most impressive of the album photos. Rhythmically fantastic, vocally true.”
