“There's a thread through all the music I like. It wends its way through the bands of my youth--the Beatles, the Doors, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, Joy Division and the Pixies--and is currently knotted up in Interpol, The National, M.I.A., The Hold Steady and others. If you're tastes follow that thread and you don't know Mission of Burma, you're missing out and "Max Ernst" is one of my favorite MoB songs. Buy it now.”
