"I want to connect to people and their feelings.
my hope is that people will listen to my music
and say, 'ya, i feel that way, too.' Also, music
is a huge outlet for my experiences. there is no
better way for me to share those experiences than
through writing music. Even though i have my own,
unique style, I am always trying to stretch myself
and branch into new writing styles in order to be
fresh and exciting. My music is a direct link to my feelings, some of which are extremely private. I find
that each time I perform my music, I leave everything
out there for the audience. I am exhausted when I'm through, but proud that I have held nothing back. This,
my second CD, "up to something" will be supported by National and local press, a college, bar and cafe tour
in the fall."
