“A stunningly beautiful chamber music piece that will leave you pining for more. The sweeping strings tug one's emotions in much the same way that Vaughn Williams (Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis) or Berlioz (Symphonie Fantastique) might. Listen for the moving flute and oboe solos toward the end. Written in memory of the composer's daughter, Marianne, I can't think of a tribute more poignant.”
