“It is really very mod. But it is so good.”

“Arguably the most interesting story and most well written song off this album. Perhaps not the catchiest tune, but well worth checking out for the story.”

“Arguably this was the most truly "grand" track. While there was an effort to make the entire album an epic, operatic, experience, this track in particular and Finis coronat opus were the most successful, and I think this track gave an important auditory overview through the use of a wide variety of styles, themes, and ambient effects. The listener gets an idea of the bizarre carnival he/she has stumbled upon”

“The hardest rocking track from this album. The lyrics on this track are all in German (the only instance of this on the record, FYI). It still is a fun rock experience.”

“A fun little instrumental that well expresses the dark carnival themes which have drifted behind the metal stylings of each of the other tracks. This song leads into track 10 Luciinburhuc, an all German track (only German track on this album), and the hardest rocking track in my opinion even though I cannot understand a word of German. This track lays the ground work, and Luciinburhuc pounds out a thrilling climax.”

“This song was simply brilliant. While the entire album was lyrically well written, and there were several catchy songs, this song was both, while also executing a great concept in epic fashion. This song also seems to have the most Latin and the least growling (both plusses to me). I felt like I was part of something more than a song.”
