“As in their other songs, Kobo Town have very nice melodic line. Whenever I listen to them I feel I'm sitting on the corner of a market in the Caribbean. In this song, particularly, the lyrics are very moving and sad, but in the same time the music makes up for it...”

“Awesome Carribean (how do you spell that?) sound.”

“Catchy Trumpet line gives it a unique reggae/island sound”

“Great vocals and rhythms--it would be a blast to see these guys in a bar in T&T. Kobo Town are good musicians.”

“Classes here as reggae, Kobo Town have more of a calypso feel, with African beat overtones that set it apart from traditional reggae.”

“Wow! So much life and energy in this track, I'm very much enjoying this.”

“A chirpy, optimistic song that's a nice antidote to some of Kobo Town's more 'serious' stuff.”
chihiro Rec'd this on Feb 7, 2008:

“Kobo Town skillfully creates funky danceable reggae tunes that tackle serious social justice issues like domestic violence. This song is no different. Highly listenable.”

“chilled out reggae, with summer aproaching i can see this one staying near the top of any iPod's most played list... ”

“this is my favourite song on an amazing album. Growing up in trinidad and becoming disillusioned with the politics, the corruption and i just couldn't fathom the amount of great potential this beautiful country has. This song captures my ( and im sure many others) dreams and hopes for our country ”
