Jason Wilder Evans

I was born and raised in rural Northern Michigan. After graduating from college, I joined the Peace Corps and among many things in Africa, I worked as a Beekeeper, taught English, Biology and ran an environmental education group. It was really the first time that I saw HIV/AIDS first hand and that experience changed my life. I've been working in the field of HIV/AIDS for the past 10 years. I've been writing songs since 15 and playing guitar even longer. I hope that someday I will get a publishing and recording contract and write songs and perform for a living.
