About Caffeine & Sanctuary
After literally years of promising friends and family an album of original music, it's finally here! Caffeine & Sanctuary is a collection of live tracks recorded in my living room on a Tascam 2488. As much as I love rockin' out to blues on my Strat, most folks know my music from worship or coffeehouse jams on my acoustic. Caffeine & Sanctuary represents original music from both of these settings. Half of the songs are from the biblical or liturgical texts. The other half are 100% original. Sometimes the text says it best; sometimes the heart does.In addition to being my debut album, Caffeine & Sanctuary is the first project for my budding indie label, Obed T. Records.
