“beatiful song -- pensive, great harmonies and sounds (especially on the chorus). took me a minute to realize it was a pixies tune. a very bold cover to round out a stellar record”

“A Norwegian singer brings new life to a classic Pixies song with "Break My Body."
Somehow, her delicate voice makes the madcap narration of the song more compelling, and menacing.
The instrumentation is more meditative than the jangly guitar attack of the original. The Pixies' soft-loud-soft is replaced with strings and accordian. It's beautiful.
As they say, it's all fun and games until "somebody got hurt."”
