About I'm Free

Greg Kelway resides in Ontario, Canada, with his wife and 3 children. Brought up as a pastor's kid, he had a lot of issues with God and sought the truth about God through music. As you will notice his first CD was asking God a lot of questions. He was really searching and hurting. By his second CD he gives a lot of answers to those questions ("I'm Free" says it all). Greg Kelway is so in love with Jesus and has such a unique and special relationship with God. Forced to play piano at a young age and to practice for three hours a day into his late teens, he was angry at first, but so thankful now as a lot of this first CD was written on piano. He picked up the guitar in his 20's, it came so naturally for him and most of the 2nd CD was written on his guitar. His parents felt that he was going to be used of God through music, and has touched so many with his healing songs (2nd Cd) and words of encouragement. Listening to some of the songs will make you want to cry, when you read the meaning behind many of his songs. He is a well respected worship leader at this church, and has played in many churches. His music is very transparent, if you have struggles in your life you will identify with his journey.
