“extraOrdinary life is a pop-y CD dominated by its strong vocals. "Release Me" is one of my favorite tracks on the disc- while it lacks the much stronger chorus of the opening song "My Extraodinary Life", "Release Me" flows more smoothly from verse to verse and a variety of acoustical effects applied to the refrain give it a somewhat haunting, hypnotic effect that makes me want to loop it back to the beginning when the song ends.”
