The follow up to 2002's Beautifully Strange, this sophomore set finds this Atlanta singer/songwriter, churning out another set of catchy but heartfelt tunes. From the infectious, hook-laden "All I Need" to the laid back 70's soul of "Into Me", Owens has crafted another eclectic masterpiece. Fugitive Moments also finds Owens looking more outward, with overtly political songs such as "War Machine", "Pretty Lies" and "Election Day". The song "Never Change" features a guest spot by, Rusted Root's Liz Berlin.
