About Down Homes Blues

These are blues from Louisana there are blues from Memphis but the greatest blues I have ever heard are from the smoked filled clubs in Paris;

Here is an artist who has the handle on blues as you have never heard them in the mode of John Lee Hooker or a more moderate Arlo Guthrie, And perhaps if you kick back a sound that comes from the Father on Country music(JimmieThe Kid) Rogers;

As you play this CD remember that the Blues are the only true American music along with Country and Western, Some think this type of music has died NOT SO the greatest is still played in the little smoke filled clubs around The World;

Frank Blackfield has been a great reason that this type of music still exsist, It would be great if we could bring him to Basin Street but as this seems remote please kick back and give this CD a long play on Your PC or CD player.
