“This is just a great easy flowing song. Nice voice and message as well. ”

“Another great influence for this number : Madness. Yes there's a little bit of ska thrown in it ( rythm guitar + the synth riff ). Even his voice recalls here that of the lead singer of the great english band. Very short track.”

“Yeah ! Fakesensations is back with another album of the best classic pop you'll find on Amie Street. His first ( Selfish girls ...) was an absolute treat and should have been a bestseller along with, say, The Barenaked Ladies last album. Georges book is a fine example of what he's capable of : a very well crafted folk pop number with very delicate instrumentation ( very classic 60's pop : think The Zombies or The Left Banke ). I bought the all album ( well, it was free when I did ...)without even listening to it cause I knew it couldn't be anything but at least very good. You should download it right now cause it won't be free very long...”

“Today I'm happy cause I've just discovered fakesensations music : mostly up tempo classic pop. On this one, you'll be hooked by the rythm guitar work immediately.”

“trip-hop down tempo kind of song. I usually don't like trip-hop, I usually don't like down tempo songs but Fakesensations is talented enough to make it worth listening to ( and downloadind it for free )!”

“"I need to stop all the clocks/before the moment is gone" This song is part of an outstanding album which is a joy to hear in its entirety (one of those albums where the whole really is the sum of its parts, a rare gem these days). That said, it is also one of those albums where the songs not only meld together beautifully (they really do tell a story, and a great one at that, as these albums go) but an album where the songs all stand on their own merit. "Forget Tomorrow" is one that has a completely different meaning on its own, in its own right. It sounds just great by itself; I keep listening to it over and over. And in the context of the larger work, it's a joy to behold. ”

“A great, slow and rather stripped down track ( organ, bass guitar, voice, a few drums ).”

“Another "addictive" very short track ( funny lyrics )to conclude the album. Fans of classic pop, you'll have to download this one ( the whole album I mean )and also his first opus called "Selfish Girls Stay Thin". The differences between the first and the second are: more synthetic sounds and voice effects on the first, more "real" instruments and less voice effects on the second. Both are great.”

“This is such a fun, but low-key song to listen to. Great for listening while walking, driving or just relaxing.”
