About 2006: A Western wedding
This music was originally composed for the march of the newly weds from the altar to the church door. When writing it, I had their future in mind--full of promises.This single is "Western" in the sense that it is not likely to be played at a wedding in many other cultures. It is nonetheless a musical piece on its own, with a classical style.
About the cover: The cover art represents the Roman cross of many of the church buildings in France, along with steeple that bears another cross. The five churches create a wedding ring. The overall composition is that of a basket with red flowers spreading out.
