Elsewhere is composed of 3 brothers and a Persian, haha, though we're basically all family. We've had the idea to put an album together for a while now but never had the chance until this past year. Our idea was to combine our unique musical backgrounds in Rock, R&B, Alternative, Hiphop, Classical, and Blues with a mix of English & Chinese lyrics to create a unique and original sound.
Justin is our main front man and lead vocalist. He's been playing piano and violin for nearly 20 years. His language abilities include fluency in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Cantonese.

Chris is our second front man and lead vocalist. He also composes, writes lyrics and assists in production of all of our music. He's performed with various acapella groups and played the violin with the University Symphony at UC Berkeley. His language abilities include English and Taiwanese with knowledge of Mandarin.

Eric's our lead guitarist and one of our musical composers. He's been playing piano and the violin for over 20 years and guitar for over 12. His language abilities include fluency in English and Taiwanese and understands/speaks some Mandarin.

Pye is the glue of the band. Aside from singing and playing guitar & piano, Pye has been our main man behind the scenes. Pye has produced all of our songs, and composed much of the music and written the lyrics in English/Chinese/Cantonese for almost all of our songs. He has been playing the piano for 12 years and the guitar for 6 years. His language abilities include fluency in English, Chinese and Cantonese (including reading/writing) as well as speaks/understands some Taiwanese.
