Eggshell Egoz

Formed in 2001, Eggshell Egoz is the brainchild of vocalist Dave
Whitton and guitarist Dave Walker. After the band's early
experiments with cellos, saxophones, trumpets, and congas, they
found bassist Dale Vix, drummer Jay Setar, and metal-based
rhythm guitarist Rodney Amieva.

With strong but vulnerable vocals, Eggshell has defined their
all-original sound that critics have called "down home grooves that
get you bobbin' and smiling while enveloping you with a feel good
blanket" (Catsask Music and Entertainment), "a flavored addiction"
(Shawn Plunkett, Flare Magazine), and "LA's best new band 2006!" (J. James, Speak EZ Radio).
Billed with acts such as Liz Phair, The Spin Doctors, and Quincy Jones, the Egoz have played
hundreds of amazing venues, festivals, and charities including: The Key Club, Whisky A Go-Go,
NARM, Tidefest, Charities for Cancer research, and LA Rockers For Life. Their anthology of
music consists of over 50 original songs and can be heard on many college radio stations, online;
and also, in the soon-to-be released animated short Trampoline.
