“riding the subway home over the manhattan bridge, I'd listen to the hook on 'Sometimes' and look out at the flickering city. some nights the Brooklyn Bridge looks like it's holding the island up, the way a chandelier holds up a bunch of crystals and lightbulbs. I remember feeling strange because I was in such a good place, such a good state of mind, and yet I couldn't stop playing the track. but maybe that's because it's a lot more than an excellent (if depressing) hook; Dujeous perfectly hits the New York outlook on life. conscious without being preachy, they describe life in New New York, from prayers on every station to soldiers on the subways. a must listen.”

“bouncy, mentally flexible flow - like you'd find on CunninLynguists mixtape - with live instrumentals.”
