“Corky's Cats are woefully mis-categorized. They should be in the Pop/Lounge or Pop/Jazz inflected Blues. That said, this is a very enjoyable CD. On Track 5 (Catch You), the vocalist loses pitch a couple of times. I'm sure if there were a musical score on most of these tracks, it would be marked "with freedom" so no complaints, generally, on the vocal. The band itself is tight and bluesy. Very good CD! Highlights include "Between You and Me," "Time Makes It Easy," "Knife" and "I Want You." Get the entire CD and enjoy it as a set.”
